If you are a current client—thank you for the opportunity to photograph you! My website is designed so that you may view and order images/products from your gallery.

First Things First—Create an Account

Click on Register Here at the top right side of your screen to create an account. This will allow you to access your galleries, save favorite images to a Favorites folder, and purchase any products directly from the site.

Your username may be any alphanumeric combination (no spaces or special characters, e.g., you can use the first part of an email address but not the entire address with the @ sign.)

Passwords may be any alphanumeric combination (no spaces or special characters). If you forget your password, complete the information in Lost your Password on the Customer Login page and a temporary password will be emailed to the email address you used when you created your account. Click on the activation link in the email to be redirected to the website and enter the password and activation code provided in the email. Once you are logged in, you may change your temporary password in your account profile.

Accessing Your Proofs

Following your photo session, I selected the best images of each pose and created a digital proof for your gallery. Proofs are low-resolution images and watermarked. (Images that are purchased are individually edited and touched up from the original full-size image.)

Galleries are organized into major categories, e.g., the Individual Gallery contains proofs for all individual and high school senior photo sessions. Select the main gallery and any sub-galleries until you reach the individual icons for your images. In most cases, proofs from the most recent sessions are presented at the top of the gallery page.

Most galleries are private and require a gallery ID and password that has been emailed to you when your proofs were posted. The gallery ID and password are different from the username and password that you used to create an account. Please contact me if you do not have this information. Gallery IDs and passwords may be shared with anyone you want to give access to your proofs.

Viewing Your Proofs

Once inside your gallery, you will see all your proofs presented with a unique identifying image number. This number is used for referencing and ordering. Entering the image number in the Keyword Search at the top right of each page is also an easy way to quickly access that particular image. (Note that if the images are in a Private Gallery, you must be signed into the Gallery in order to use the Keyword Search function.)

Click on an image to enlarge it on your screen. Under each image, you may purchase a variety of prints and products. You also have access to several options—

As you view the images, keep in mind that these are proofs that have not yet been edited. Focus on the particular pose and facial expressions in that pose rather than the lighting and exposure, which are edited when images are ordered. Most galleries include a sample of different croppings and special effects to present different possibilities, which may be applied to most any photo. For example, if you see a photo that has been cropped horizontally but you would like it vertically, just let me know—I can usually do that. Similarly, I can print most color images as black/white or sepia. All photos that are ordered are touched up and edited to remove distractions, e.g., blemishes, bra straps, etc.

Selecting Your Favorites

Track your favorite images by selecting the icon above each image with four squares and a plus(+) sign. Select that icon to add the image to your Favorites Folder. Once selected, the plus(+) sign changes to a minus(-) sign. Select the icon again to remove the image from your Favorites Folder.

Your Favorites may be accessed from the toolbar on any page. You may share the link to your Favorites, add comments, or purchase prints and products from here. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your Favorites, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the Add to Cart button. 

Please note that the Favorites Folder is attached to the IP address of your computer or device so your selections will reside on whatever computer you used to create them.

Products and Prints

I offer a wide selection of photo sizes and products, ranging from wallets to holiday cards, large framed canvases, and standouts. During our photo review and ordering session, I present samples of various products and work with you to determine the best way to display your photos.

Prices for my most popular products are listed individually under each proof in the client galleries. Custom services and products, such as graduation announcements and holiday cards, are presented under Services. If you’re interested in something that you do not see in your gallery or under Services, please let me know and I’ll add it for ordering or contact you with more information. Sales tax and shipping charges are added at Checkout.

Please contact me for pricing on photo sessions and custom products, such as photo books. (A general overview of pricing on photo sessions is presented under the About section of my website.)

I request two weeks from the time orders are placed to print your photographs. Canvases and special-order products require additional time.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart displays your order details. You may adjust the quantity of a specific ordered product directly from your Cart. You may also delete a product by selecting the red x on the right side of the page. To order additional or different products for the same image, click on the image and you will be returned to your gallery where you can adjust your order.

You may leave the items in your Cart and complete your order at a later time, or proceed to Checkout. If you wish to return at a later time to complete your order, log into your account BEFORE exiting the website to ensure your order is saved.

Checking Out

You must be logged into your account to proceed with Checkout. (See First Things First—Create an Account for more information.) If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create your own username and password. Payments are processed through Paypal--all major credit cards or your Paypal account may be used.
